No decision has been made yet on if the original Cvars files will be released or not. They would require a certain amount of cleanup to get released which would take some time.

Files have been updated here...
http://www.supremeruler2010.com/srcustom.php

They don't include the actual CSV files that are used to make up the maps in SR2010 but the new CSV file will assist you in designing your own files for maps you want to create.

FYI,The player configuration file World.csv can now be found in the custom folder. This will be the basis from which players can start to create their own version by adding new columns.

Then ur not using it properly, I've been using the CSV files for scenario parameters since weeks now (31 world player map, to name one) and it works for certainty.

The CSV file must be named EXACTLY the same as the MAP file, just telling u :D

You might also be having problems if your exporter is not making a proper CSV file. That issue is discussed in another thread;

http://www.bgforums.com/viewtopic.php?p ... ght=#37014

you might want to see if that is causing problems.
