can we change or design missles and\or the effects of WMDs (moral and militery\civilan aproval rating) ?

Another one of the things that are unmoddable. We could (I guess) turn a missile into a conventional missile with a huge structure attack and that would avoid damaging DAR and MAR.

Check the map editor documentation for how to use custom equipment files.

Just make a new entry with the values you want.

Guess I haven't gotten around to documenting that yet.

Well, you can use a new "default" equipment file for custom secnarios with the instructions given there, just play the map as a custom sceanrio.

The short version of how to use custom equipment files is to import it as listed, which creates a new "default.uni", then rename the file to anything else *.uni. You then need to load the map you want and in one of the popups specify the name of the new equipment file you've made.
