There are both Regional Approval Ratings and World Market Approval Ratings changes that are tied to research... depending on what the item is. WMD Research obviously has a LARGE Negative impact on your WM Approval Rating, while items such as Water Conservation and socially responsible research will have positive impacts.

Supporting Nuclear Power in the UK.

Just because the Japanese happened to build one near multiple fault lines doesn't make them any more dangerous than they were before the Earthquake.

Are the pluses one shot additions that can get washed away by the tide of negative actions ?

Or are they +s to whatever the current rating is, added in last each time the rating is figured ?

Has anyone mentioned anything about DAR and res. eff.?It seems to me that they are interconnected(quite logical if it is true)so that the better DAR you have your res. eff. will hit the sky ven if your spending isn't to much.

I've mentioned it and had some results which suggested the same thing but they are not consistent, so its only a maybe

One thing which constently lowers the research effecieny is researching many projects instead of one.

They are one shot additions that are then affected by subsequent actions...
