Before the update i saw that the AI regions never invented new tech.
There was only some inprovements on the tech level and sometimes
they had new designs... (probably offered by the WM.)

Now they have new techs....

Question: Do they research it by themself or is it offered by the WM...

Both can happen, if the unit design they want needs a tech, they will research the needed tech.

Great news.....

Tonight (playing Mongolia) was the first time the WM offered me
a TECHNOLOGY - Air Defense Sites -
Well it was not for free ...but who cares....

This game is getting better and better....
