I know how to drop nuclear bombs manually but I find it quite tedious, however I am unable to achieve the same results using the "launch authority" feature. Even when I turn on launch authority for 10kt nuclear bombs, load up a plane and send it over some enemy units they only use their conventional bombs and fly home.
Anyone know how to get this to work?

Even manually, I can't drop nuclear bombs.

You allowed nuke usage as well as launch authority? That seems to be what your missing here.

Yep. Still no luck. Is it possible for planes to automatically fire nuclear missiles they are carrying (specifically bombs)?SGTscuba wrote:You allowed nuke usage as well as launch authority? That seems to be what your missing here.

IIRC player units won't use nuclear missiles on their own, they have to be ordered to do it. It's not really the intention to have nuclear explosions going off all over the place. There is the Strategic Targeting controls for that.
