help spotting range

help spotting range

I'm creating a new unit and i cannot moddify it's spotting range to the value that i want:

I want it to have 250 km of spotting range, but when i cache it only gives me 78 km. Isn't it the value in italic? I changed it on 2 other units and it worked, but on 3 others it didn't. I don't see what i am doing wrong, can someone help me please?

and btw, where is the price, goods needed and maintainence?

price is one of the values. Weight as well. Maintenance is a function of price.

You don't set a spotting range for units, you set a spotting type. Spot type 250 gives you a certain strength and range (78km I guess).
