Ai tends to build heavy groups around bases even if under attack
i understand that there is a logic in keeping back areas secured /bases and borders/ but now it is weird
AI uses 20/80 method comparing what it uses to fight and what is left around bases
it should be 80/20
regimental combat group should be enough to keep rear base safe
few regimental combat gropus should be enough to guard border
rest should be thrown at enemy or used to build a defensive line depending on AI stance
it is small ai upgrade and it would change this game a lot
small modification to military ai
