I have the same issue with the figures , apparently when you lock the minister social spending the budget goes crazy :-)

Thanks for the report. This seems to be a caching/data file issue. We have reverted our steam update until it is fixed. If you relaunch steam and get the update, it should be fixed for now.

Anyone noticed the long build times for certain units?

EDIT: ignore my question...something weird happened at my end. were there any changes to .unit file between today and last update?

Well, maybe not to .units file but you sure did something because creating a new cache with your "vanilla" .units file makes unit build times quadruple (the rest of the files are my modded files which worked fine before last 600mb update yesterday)....now I'll need to spend some time investigating what files you changed in comparison with those few days ago... :roll:

EDIT: I checked an found the changes in scenario file...I doubt it has anything to do with W2017.OOB since that's orbat file so the only one left is M2017.csv but that one is only for relations if I'm not mistaken... Chris, I need your help |O |O |O

Found a way to reproduce the issue:

Open .units file and change a random unit name and its picnum (I used Challenger II and corresponding picnum from Nereis latest release).
Save changes
Re-cache
Start game
Voila! all units have build times quadrupled :roll:

Your mouse has moved. The system has to be updated for the changes to take effect. Restart now?

An update on that issue, it has to do with a modding tool, nothing to do with the game.
